Class Schedule

Please remember to sign up for your classes weekly. Class limits are in place as we want to ensure quality training not quantity training. Understand class limits are not designed to cause scheduling conflicts, however, they are designed to ensure that we have the appropriate athlete to coach ratios and are maintaining the highest standard during our training programs. If your time slot is full please look at our other times slots. If all time slots become full then we will open more classes. Our class limits for the weight room are 16 athletes per class or a 8:1 athlete:coach ratio when lifting. Please understand these limits are designed to ensure all athletes are given proper supervision, taught correct form and techniques as well as to maintain a safe area while performing various exercises and lifts. Our class limit for speed training is 24 per our larger area to speed train in. Please bring tennis shoes daily and cleats as we may transition for surface to surface.
